Partner with Personality Disorders CIC to support carers, families, and staff wellbeing
Personality Disorders CIC is the only national peer-led not-for-profit organisation in the UK focused solely on supporting the families, carers, and loved ones of people living with personality disorders. Our sponsorship packages help companies create measurable social impact while also delivering meaningful benefits for their workforce.
Why Partner with Personality Disorders CIC
We focus on the people around the diagnosis: parents, partners, siblings, and close friends who absorb the emotional fallout, manage daily crises, and are often left unsupported by traditional systems. Our work fills the gap where clinical services end or are inaccessible, ensuring that carers do not have to face this alone.
The need is urgent. Personality disorders affects millions of people across the UK, and when carers and family members are included, the number of people directly affected rises dramatically. Families are often excluded from treatment conversations because of confidentiality barriers, even while they manage suicide risk, emotional instability, and complex care needs at home.
Your partnership helps prevent suicide, reduce emotional and financial strain on families, and empower carers with practical tools that help them cope, care, and carry on.
Tax Benefits for Sponsors
Because Personality Disorders CIC sponsorship provides real and measurable benefits, including staff access to our Learning Management System, monthly live webinars on mental health, and discounted one-to-one support for employees who are carers, your contribution may be treated as a contractual sponsorship rather than a simple donation.
This means it can often be classified as a marketing or service-related business expense and deducted from taxable profits. In practical terms, a £10,000 sponsorship can reduce a company’s tax liability while also improving internal wellbeing support and raising public visibility through our digital platforms and branded content.
We provide clear documentation and can work directly with your finance team to support clarity and compliance.
Employee Benefits
Each sponsorship package includes workforce wellbeing features designed to support employees who are carers, parents, or affected by mental health challenges within their families. These benefits help employers meet duty of care responsibilities while promoting a compassionate and inclusive workplace culture.
Learning Management System Access
Employees receive access to our AI-enhanced LMS, which offers micro-courses on suicide prevention, emotional regulation, self-harm awareness, paranoia, hallucinations, and managing complex family dynamics.
Live Monthly Webinars
Staff can attend monthly webinars on urgent mental health topics, including anger outbursts, adolescent risk taking, boundary setting, and supporting loved ones through psychotic episodes.
Discounted One-to-One Support
Employees who identify as carers can access one-to-one psychoeducational support at a heavily discounted rate, helping them feel more informed and less isolated.
Evidence-Based and Human
All materials are shaped by lived experience and grounded in evidence-based practice, making them both authoritative and accessible.
“A partnership with Personality Disorders CIC supports families in crisis while strengthening wellbeing support within your own workforce.”
Marketing and Brand Visibility
Your sponsorship activates brand value across a high-engagement ecosystem of digital and community channels. Sponsors receive logo placement on webinar slides, social media acknowledgments, and features in newsletters and public-facing campaigns.
We also offer co-branded campaigns, giving your organisation recognition not just as a donor, but as a visible partner in social change. This creates meaningful association with an urgent mental health cause and allows your business to demonstrate authentic social commitment.
